My coaching approach is all based on the heart.
Whether it is self-love, love for others or doing what you love (and loving what you do), I believe it is essential to do what’s close to your heart in life. That’s where you find the real motivation and courage to change!
Coaching is a motivating, benevolent and well-structured form of support that takes you to the heart of yourself and gives you the tools you need to become autonomous and powerful again!
Where?
I am based in France but I coach all around the world.
- I can come and meet you anywhere for in-person work (travel expenses may apply, please contact me for a personalised quote).
- Remote work by videoconference or telephone.

Rates
The 1st hour is free and (except in special cases) takes place in person: it allows us to find out if we’re right for working together, and if so, to define what type of coaching is best suited to your needs.
If you decide to continue working with me after you’ve used up all the coaching hours you’ve chosen, the amount you’ve already paid will be deducted from the next offer (my rates are on a sliding scale).
- 25% discount for students and people on social welfare and on demand.
- Payment in instalments on request.

14h of work = 6 months* of coaching

The option for people who need to take their time, put things on the table and change in a gentle way.
22h of work = 10 months* of coaching
+ 1 months free (for a total of 24h)

The program includes a personalised review of (for example):

- how you nourish yourself, physically, psychologically or spiritually…

26h of coaching = 12 months*
+ 2 months free, for a total of 30h of coaching
+ 10 hours of advice and support according to your needs and chosen areas of work
+ I am at your disposal seven days a week by telephone in addition to text message or e-mail throughout the coaching period.
